1.Warranty Terms
“Seller guarantee that the equipment hereof is made of the best materials with the first class workmanship, brand new, unused, and complies to all respects of quality and specifications agreed by both parts.
The quality warranty period for trucks is 12 months or 60,000km, whichever occurs first. Mainly on engine, transmission, axles, frame and hydraulic lifting system. The warranty period begins on the date of the Bill of Lading.”
2.Spare Parts Supply
We supply plentiful spare parts for all the trucks and trailers we sold with low prices, they are original spare parts directly from the factory.
3.Overseas After-Sale Service
We can supply our overseas clients a full range of after-sale service, to help the users solve vehicles’ problems timely.
A.When the new trucks arrive at users’ place, we can assign our after-sale technical people to train the users, and supply technical supports, to show them how to use and how to do daily maintenance.
B.When users’ trucks meet with problems, our after-sale team can arrive at the accident site within 24 hours, to inspect problems and help the users to solve problems.
C.Our after-sale team will do regular visit for our clients, to know about the situation of the vehicles.
4.SKD Transportation Plan & Service
For many foreign customers who import trucks & trailers but far away from China, in order to save the high shipment freight for our clients, we can supply the SKD design and loading service.
(1).For the dump trucks and tractor heads, we can uninstall them and load them into containers, to save the high freight of RORO or bulk vessels.
(2).For the cargo semi-trailers and tanker trailers, we can design them according to the size of containers, such as cut the back of the container trailers then connect them by bolts, or make the trailers into telescopic type, in order to load them into containers.
